About
Founded in 2020, Inclusive Fairborn is a nonprofit organization committed to promoting equity, diversity, and inclusivity within Fairborn, Ohio. Born from a collective determination to address systemic inequalities, we strive to create a community where every individual has the opportunity to thrive. Through collaborative efforts and community partnerships, we work tirelessly to uplift and empower residents from all walks of life. Join us in our mission to build a stronger, more inclusive Fairborn for everyone.
Mission
At Inclusive Fairborn, our mission is clear: to alleviate poverty and empower individuals by providing vital resources, educational opportunities, and support systems through mutual aid. By building strategic partnerships and focuaing on community engagement, we aim to address social injustices and create a more equitable society.
From hosting annual events like Pride and Juneteenth celebrations to implementing initiatives like our resource delivery program, we are dedicated to making a tangible difference in the lives of Fairborn and the Dayton areas residents.
Goals
In the short term, our goals include expanding our resource delivery program, securing capacity-building grants, and mobilizing volunteers to support our efforts. Looking ahead, we envision a future where Inclusive Fairborn establishes a community center as a hub for support and empowerment, expands our resource delivery program to reach more individuals in need, and creates a community fund for sustained financial assistance. Additionally, we aspire to partner with local Indigenous communities to steward a food forest, promoting sustainability and food security for all residents of Fairborn, Ohio. Join us in building a brighter future together.
